Fire and Light Recycled Glass Dinnerware
Fire and Light is one of those companies that sounds so good on paper, you WANT to give them your money. The company started back in 1995 as a partnership between a Recycling Center in Humboldt County, California, and a group of local investors who wanted to develop a plan to transform crushed, recycled glass into a distinctive line of colored glass dinnerware. The smart and forward-thinking John and Natali McClurg purchased the company in 1999. The company doesn’t provide an online shop to purchase their products (they must be insane!) ...but you can find Fire and Light products at Amazon

Fire and Light is an amazing company and very well respected here in Humboldt County. Their products are just beautiful. I was lucky enough to get a tour of the factory a few years ago and it’s amazing. Thank you for highlighting this awesome Humboldt business.
