The Daphne Bush is found at an altitude of 6500 ft to 11000 ft above sea level in the area bordering the Himalayan region of Nepal. The Bush has the unique characteristic of regenerating every 3 to 4 years after being cut down. It is considered very sturdy and fine textured.
